Making the decision to sell your property can be difficult.  Consequently, you need to obtain all the information possible to make an appropriate decision on whether to sell, when to sell and the price you should ask for your property.  You need a realtor who will provide you with a free Comparitive Market Analysis (CMA) and who can meet your needs.  I am that realtor.

I limit the number of properties I list. By doing so I give my clients the personalized, dedicated service that should be expected of a REALTOR®. I strongly believe that every conversation you have should be with me, not with someone else on a team. I handle your home as if it were my own.

My marketing plan includes listing your home at the appropriate agreed upon price on the Metro Denver Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and IRESIS. I will do all advertising of your property in various publications, take  photos, provide flyers in the flyer box, personally conduct open houses, provide feedback on showings, stay in close contact with you and whatever else is necessary to sell your home. I provide full service and am totally dedicated to my clients. That is why I limit the number of properties I list at one time. I take pride in giving my clients all of the attention they need, when they need it, to move their home from “For Sale” to “Sold”!
