Welcome to "No Pressure"
Well, what can I say other than "No Pressure" means "No Pressure".
When I explain to people that I help clients realize their dream of home ownership, many have the reaction of, "Oh, great! A used car saleman for homes". I am determined to change that feeling with everyone I meet.
So how do I stand out from the "crowd".
First of all, I limit the number of properties that I list at any given time. Strange you may think. I want to service my clients from the first point of contact. I will not just "plant" a sign in your yard and by on my way to the next appointment. I do all of my own marketing including open houses. I am hired by you, therefore I am working for you. And it works. My clients know they can call me and always reach me, not a team member. Yes, they really talk to me. That's a win-win for everyone.
I treat my clients as I like to be treated whenever I make a purchase, whether it is a car, clothing or a new home. It's my client's money, not mine. My client will live in the home, not me. So what is the key? It is "listening" rather than talking. I listen to my client to determine when they want to purchase a home, what they want to purchase, their wants and needs, and what they want to spend.
The web offers many ways for you to search for homes and then come to me and say "There are homes we saw on the web that we would like to see." I don't believe in calling you day after day making you feel like you don't want to answer your phone. We will decide together on the contact method and timing. I want to find the right home for you, so we will work together to accomplish the task.
I work at my client's pace. We can be as laid back or as aggressive as you need to be. It's all about you, not about me.
If my work ethics match your preferences, please contact me at your convenience. I look forward to working with you. And remember:
"IT'S ALL ABOUT YOU!"
